Why We Built Roam At Will
Roam At Will wasn’t born in a boardroom. It started around campfires and on the open road.
As RV owners ourselves, we’ve experienced how difficult it can be to find trusted help while traveling.
We also own and operate Sullivan’s Camp Cacapon, a small campground in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia. Over the years, guests have stopped by with questions such as:
“Do you know an RV technician?”
“Is there a mobile mechanic nearby?”
“Who can help fix this before we head out?”
Those conversations made us realize something: the people with the needed skills were often much closer than anyone knew. Sometimes they were staying nearby. Sometimes they were passing through. Sometimes they were only a few miles away—but there was no simple way to find them.
The problem wasn’t a lack of skilled people. It was a lack of connection.

Does R@W process payments?
No. R@W helps make the connection. Service providers state which payment methods they accept, such as cash, credit, barter/trade, or free services.
Why am I joining a waitlist instead of downloading the app today?
R@W is preparing the provider network before opening the platform to the public. Waitlist registration reserves your place for phased early access. When your invitation is issued, you will receive instructions for installing the Android or Apple app and completing your provider setup.
When can Founding Providers install the app?
R@W is in final pre-launch preparation. Waitlist members will be invited into the Android and Apple apps in stages before public launch so they can create profiles, add services, and publish travel schedules. Launch timing and the Founding Provider cutoff will be announced directly to waitlist members.
Who qualifies for lifetime free membership?
Joining the waitlist does not automatically activate lifetime membership. Providers will be invited into the app in stages. Qualifying traveling service providers who create a provider profile, list at least one service, add at least one travel schedule, and actively participate before the announced Founding Provider cutoff and public launch will receive FREE lifetime provider membership.
Must providers charge money?
No. Providers choose the compensation methods they are willing to accept. Depending on the service, they may offer help for money, cash, credit, barter/trade, volunteer/free, or a combination of options.
Are permanent businesses free for life?
No. The Founding Provider lifetime offer applies only to qualifying traveling service providers. Permanent businesses that join early receive priority onboarding information for future commercial listing options.
Is R@W only for RV travelers?
No. RV travelers are a natural early audience, but R@W is designed for travelers, traveling professionals, retirees, digital nomads, families, volunteers, and businesses serving people on the move.
