ROAM AT WILL

USER AGREEMENT

Effective Date: 12 January 2026

This User Agreement applies to all individuals and businesses using the Roam At Will Platform.

1. User Categories

Users may include:

• Individual      users offering or seeking services
• Travelers
• Local      businesses
• Advertisers

Each user acts independently and at their own risk.

2. Service Provider Responsibilities

If you offer services through the Platform, you represent and agree that:

• You      are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws
• You      hold any required licenses, certifications, permits, or insurance
• You      are legally permitted to offer the services you list
• You      will not misrepresent your qualifications or services

R@W does not verify or validate any such representations.

3. Service Seeker Responsibilities

If you seek services through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You      are solely responsible for verifying provider qualifications
• R@W      does not screen or vet service providers
• You      assume all risks associated with engaging any provider

4. No Background Checks

R@W does not conduct background checks, criminal history checks, or professional screening.

5. User Content

Users are solely responsible for all content they submit, including:

• Service      descriptions
• Messages
• Reviews
• Images

You grant R@W a non-exclusive license to display such content for Platform operation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Provide      false or misleading information
• Offer      illegal services
• Impersonate      others
• Use      the Platform for fraudulent or harmful activity

7. Communications Disclaimer

Communications between users occur at their own risk. R@W does not monitor or archive private communications except as required by law.

8. Advertising Users

Advertisers acknowledge that:

• Listings      are paid advertisements
• R@W      does not guarantee performance or leads
• Advertising      does not imply endorsement

9. Assumption of Risk

Users voluntarily assume all risks arising from:

• In-person      interactions
• Service      performance
• Travel      or scheduling coordination

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify R@W against claims arising from:

• Services      offered or obtained
• Regulatory      or licensing violations
• User      misconduct or misrepresentation

11. Account Termination

R@W may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.

12. Governing Law and Arbitration

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the arbitration provisions set forth in the Terms of Service.

13. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and R@W.
